The plan was to fishing  Queensberry @ Broom Fisheries and try catch a Barbel!

Well it went better than even I was hoping for landing 5 Barbel all over 2lb with the best one at 3lb!

For the first hour it was really looking like it was going to be a really hard evening session but once I landed a night couple of pound F1 carp it started to look like the fish had started to feed with Dave landing an even bigger F1 then the Barbel started to feed and it was all go!

Dave lost a really nice mirror carp that spit the hook right at the point of the net, I lost what must have been a really nice fish that snapped 8lb line without even trying!

Been out and about today with W scoping out a new water that we are planning fishing at some point in the near future.

The months seem to be flying, which @ points is good but then not so good due to old age!

So what is new in the world of KD.

Sweb is doing very well, loads of work on and enjoying it overall …

Mark Deveney went bankrupt which was on the cards really and the only way out for the muppet. It is amazing how he got away with as much blagging as he did, how he could call himself a web designer (which is claimed in his bankrupt paperwork) is a joke, no he is the joke! All things come to those who wait!

But no point dwelling on the past!

Weather is getting better which means fishing gear will be coming out. A trip to Broom is been talked about for a couple of days + with the water we looked at today, we might also be picking up a new club book.

Anyone seen Dave?

I am a little out of date posting this post really … Been back a couple of weeks now but anyway ..

New years eve. Fireworks and making merry at little England. Did not really drink that much due to really not been in the mood … But that is not to say everyone else held back … Fireworks in the garden and drunk people singing songs! We all then moved inside for no more fireworks but loads more singing … None of the singers should give up their days jobs that is for sure … Jobs included: Banker, Policeman, Mobile IT Tech dude, Tescos Manager, 2x Car runnings and a women who works in a garage… No Alison it is a garage! Forgot the posh job description *Wink*

No fishing … All the lochs could only be used for skating … But did bring my gear back with me to hopefully get some river aire piking in with Wayne …

Food was amazing … Once again Dave excelled in the cooking dept …

We only left the bunker twice both times for cigs and bread and nibbling supplies …

Darts Darts Darts …. Didn’t the Aussie do well !!! Shame he was not up this time for taking on the Power Tailer… Next year!!! Dave could have lost a £5.00 if the online betting website would have worked! So nothing lost or gained is good gambling in my view …

Thank you to Mr & Mrs H for been such good company … And Mick for showing me inside what is the darkside! I am even going to refrain from saying anything about you know what … All I will say is long live PC!

Two young boys walked into a pharmacy one day, picked out a box of
tampons and proceeded to the checkout counter. The man at the counter
asked the older boy, “Son, how old are you?” “Eight,” the boy replied.

The man continued, “do you know what these are used for?”

The boy replied, “not exactly, but they aren’t for me. They’re for him.
He’s my brother. He’s four. We saw on TV that if you use these  you
would be able to swim and ride a bike. Right now, he can’t do either.”

So were did November go ??? Who stole it … Before I knew it Dec 1st was here!

Or am I just putting it to the back of my mind due to it been such a nightmare!

Word from the wise = Never trust Mark Deveney or anything he tells you when it comes to take over a business!
